Shipping & Delivery
Shipping:
All shipments will be sent via Canada Post or UPS within 3-5 business days of your purchase. You will be provided with a tracking number when it becomes available. Once we have dropped off your package with Canada Post or UPS it is out of our hands.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control, but if any arise you will be informed.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery
We offer FREE delivery within Cochrane, AB town limits once a week on Friday evenings. Please select "FREE delivery" when checking out.
We will contact you via e-mail with the e-mail address you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
If you select "FREE delivery" at check out and you are not located within Cochrane, AB we will contact you to arrange shipping of your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cochranecandlecompany@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We unfortunately cannot ship to P.O. Boxes with UPS.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused (unlit) and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
All Cochrane Candle Company products purchased in-person at our local markets or events are final sale. We will not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on these products.
All Cochrane Candle Company products purchased from one of our stockists/retailers are subject to their return and exchange policies.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, such as glass jar broken, please email us as soon as possible at cochranecandlecompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
